· Starting a ceramic custom project
with us: 
· General terms:
Samples development costs:
tooling/molding cost, screening fee of decals, ram press die cost,
etc. will be charged prior to our sampling job.
Samples shipping cost:
we'll send the samples by air express and will charge you the
shipping cost or send by freight collection via your forwarder
account like UPS, DHL, or FedEx etc.
Minimum order:
negotiable depending on your specific items, generally a 20' full
container load quantity is required.
Delivery time:
depends upon the specific items and your order quantity. Generally
it requires around 40-45 days to produce new items with quantity
of a 20' container load, and for reorders the time could be shortened.
Payment:
by irrevocable L/C at sight, or by T/T.
Package:
standard export carton suitable for sea transportation. Color
gift boxes can be custom printed as per your designs.
